The course identifies the role and importance of effective human resource utilization in the attainment of individual and organizational goals. The student is required to complete the steps from the inception to the design of operation of a small business enterprise. The student will consider opportunities, 风险, and strategies in the development of a new business venture. 本400, TOPICS IN MANAGEMENT, 1-3 credits
This course may be repeated for a maximum of 8 hours credit. Pertinent topics not included in the regular curriculum will be included. Topics such as a one-semester course in multicultural and gender issues could, 例如, be offered under this course number. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
